Manager Retail & Leisure Fit Out - Birmingham - £50,000 - £75,000 & Package

My client are a well established fit out contractor in Birmingham, due to significant growth they are looking for an experienced Commercial Manager on a permanent basis. I am recruiting for a Commercial Manager who can carry out a turnkey commercial role as a member of a team taking a fast-track  fit out projects from estimating stage through /sub-con procurement/cost management to final account settlement effectively taking total financial control of the project.  My client have £35M worth of work this year and have already secured £21M worth of business for next year.

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience at Commercial Management level for a principal contractor
• You will be expected to control fit out projects across retail, leisure and offices ranging in value from £100k - £2M.
• You will have extensive fit out experience across Retail, Leisure and Offices
• Be based out of their head office on the outskirts of Birmingham

Interviews are available from W/C 16^th and a start can be organised as soon as it suits both parties.
